For over 14 years, this golf event has raised crucial funds for community programs, life-saving medical equipment, and capital expansion projects. Please join us on April 15, 2016 @ 11 a.m. tee-off at the Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler, Arizona, to benefit our Orthopedic Service Line. You can still visit the free hospitality tent!
For $400 a golf participant will receive green fees, tee prizes, cart, lunch, awards reception, and drink tickets. GOLFERS SOLD OUT! Purchase tickets to win great prizes or purchase a guest ticket for dinner at $50 each.
All major sponsors have first right of refusal for future tournament sponsorships. All sponsorship packages $5,000 and above receive additional promotional opportunities, more drink tickets, and tee-gifts for the golfing foursome.
