The George Rozsa Golf Classic is more than a tournament, it’s a celebration of gratitude, community, and compassionate care for the outstanding medical teams at Dignity Health Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers.

This beloved tradition began with George Rozsa, a grateful patient at Chandler Regional who, after receiving lifesaving care, gathered a group of friends to start a golf tournament. His goal was simple yet powerful: raise funds for the hospital’s greatest needs and honor the compassionate staff who stood by him during his medical emergencies.

Though George passed away in 2008, the tournament he founded lives on, now in its 24th year, as a tribute to his spirit, generosity, and deep appreciation for our caregivers.

Today, the George Rozsa Golf Classic continues to raise critical funds for the area of greatest need at Dignity Health Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers. Thanks to the support of sponsors, players, and community partners, this event has:

  • Helped bring ECMO (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) services to the East Valley

  • Invested in state-of-the-art medical technology

  • Enhanced care for countless patients and families

Together, we are building a healthier future for families across the East Valley.

Enter raffle by purchasing tickets at registration before
8:30 AM on Wednesday, April 8, 2029.

Golfers, deposit your tickets in the general raffle bucket. Drawings will occur during play.

Winners' names will be posted on the leaderboard at course exit.

Prizes can be claimed at the Shelde Building's post-golf reception.

Winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified via email.

  • Governed by Arizona law. Prizes are non-cash, under $5,000 in value.
