Children's Medical Clinic Serves East Valley Families

Dignity Health Foundation East Valley is committed to ending health disparities for families and children in need within our community, but we need your help.

Healthy People 2020 reporting from the government defines a health disparity as, “a particular type of health difference that is closely linked with social, economic, and/or environmental disadvantages,” and “adversely affects groups who have experienced greater obstacles to health.”

Every day, Dignity Health strives to improve upon our services offered to the community. In addition to our existing children’s dental clinics serving the southeast valley, Dignity Health is operating a free Children's Medical Clinic serving children from birth to 18 years of age who reside in Chandler. This new clinic is inside of the Chandler CARE Center is staffed by volunteer medical providers, offering no-cost medical care and treatment.

These facilities will work together, providing compassionate care and access to free medical and dental services, immunizations, and vision and hearing screenings for low-income families and children.

Your support will ensure our children’s medical and dental clinics can continue to expand to meet the needs of our community. And moving forward, your donations will enable Dignity Health to launch additional innovative, community-focused programs.
