Enjoy a complimentary lunch provided by our friends at the Husband and Wife Law Team, meet fellow supporters, and help us recognize the Guardian Angels who go above and beyond for our patients and their families.
Whether or not your Guardian Angel is able to attend, you’ll have the opportunity to leave a personal message of thanks—either in person or in writing—to let them know just how much their care meant to you.
This is a meaningful moment to:
